Voucher details & use

Choose the amount of your voucher, the desired quantity, validate and pay for your order.

A confirmation and voucher will be sent to you by email. All you have to do is print it out and keep it safe until reservations open.

The voucher can be used, in one or more instalments, within the limit of the available balance.

Exchange and refund policy

The Château du Theil voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded, even partially.

In the event of loss or theft, please contact us directly.

In the event of force majeure, Château du Theil reserves the right to cancel or postpone reserved vouchers. In the event of postponement, Château du Theil will reassess the voucher's expiry date. If the voucher has to be cancelled, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount paid, without further compensation.

We recommend that you keep the purchase receipt for your voucher, as it is the only guarantee of its validity.
